A full body massage best known for relaxing the entire body, this is a great de-stress treatment.  Swedish massage uses techniques that rub muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.  It increases the level of oxygen in the blood, decreases muscle toxins, improves circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

A choice of a 40, 60 or 90 minute massage designed by you. Pick the areas you want your therapist to concentrate on and the massage oil, to relax, energise or detox the body. Add on a heated poultice to warm the muscles for an additional £5 per treatment.
